The Pitch:
This submission is a unique look at the American voters opinion or at least how I have observed it among my friends in the past year. We are seemingly helpless against the political powers that be, and we dont have much of a choice but to put up with the decisions others are making.
This Film will be a half existential look at the American voter. Almost all of the issues we face in America today are mentioned. It is a fast conversation and I hope that each audience member will get their own thing from it, rather than everyone taking the same thing. The several people I have had read over the script each get something different from it.
PBS did a special on Sam Beckett a while back. There is a short in that special with Alan Rickman in one of the pieces where the cast is in 3 clay pots and they are talking about an affair. I envisioned American Run Around similar to this piece, but with a different humor, and a different visual. Not drab or confined. I have included a piece of my editing work so you may see my style, feel, and sense of humor.

Editing was good. Performers kept with the music and sync. Subject mirrors the frustraction that many young people are having with the current voting process. Interesting video.
